Visits follow your plan and routine. Notes stay short and simple. We will:

 

  • Arrive on time, greet, and check priorities.

  • Support tasks as agreed and record any important points.

  • Confirm when the next visit will happen and any follow-ups.

Your support worker can be funded in your Core budget. The category is Assistance with Daily Life.

This covers personal tasks and daily activities. It can occur at home or in the community. This includes:​

 

  • Personal care and morning or evening routines.

  • Support with light household tasks.

  • Help to manage day-to-day activities.

Participate In The Community

Your Core budget can also fund community access. This includes a worker to help you take part. Trips are planned to suit your week:​​

 

  • Attending appointments, programs, or community groups.

  • Shopping and local errands with support.

  • Social and recreation activities.

Paying For Trips

Plans may include transport with a provider. We follow current travel rules and rates.

 

  • Travel to care, work, study, or activities.

  • Agreed kilometres and time for provider travel.

  • Clear records for plan claims.
