Helping You Get Out Into The Community
Life is for living
Support For Getting Around And Getting Things Done
Easy transport to where you need to be is important. Feeling capable at home matters too. We combine transport support with practical life skills so your day goes smoothly.
You set the goal - we plan simple steps with you to make sure everything stays on track.

Safe Trips That Run On Time
Trips include appointments and visits for medical care, work, study, and community plans. We agree on pick-up times and confirm when you want to come back.
Routes are planned in advance so that you don’t miss anything important. Your worker stays with you if you need them to and will help at each stop throughout your day.
Learn Skills You’ll Keep On Using
Learn by doing - at home or in your community. We practise everyday skills at your pace and in real life settings.
Cooking, cleaning, shopping, money basics, and travel skills are common skills we teach people. You get to keep clear notes and simple steps to use and practise between visits.
Making The Most Of Your Budget
Plans include a Core budget that can fund transport. Most transport help sits in Core under daily life.
Life skills usually sit in Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living). We bill within current price limits and explain everything to you first.
Core - Transport And Travel With Support
Core can cover travel that is linked to your goals. We’ll discuss kilometres, times, and any waiting periods before we start.
Capacity Building - Life Skills
Sessions focus on everyday skills that you will keep using once we’ve left. We set clear aims, track progress, and keep language simple to understand.

Community Participation
Being out and about helps routines to feel less boring. We support you to participate in the community in ways that are interesting to you.
One-to-one support is normal, with familiar faces you know - and who know you.
Things “Life Skills” Can Include
Life skills focus on learning skills, building confidence, and growing your independence in day to day life.

The Most Common Skills
-
Cook simple meals and plan dinner for the week.
-
Practise money skills and how to use your cards safely.
-
Plan trips and try public transport together.
-
Digital basics, time planning, and phone use are also common.
From First Call To First Visit
A short call starts things moving. We note your goals, suburb, and preferred times to meet.
Then we match the best worker to you and confirm the plan in writing.
What To Expect On The Day
We check your priorities first and then we all agree on the best order to get things done.
Your support worker gives you the agreed supports and notes any key points to talk about during the next visit. We’ll confirm when your next visit will be before we leave.

Melbourne And Victoria-Wide
We cover Melbourne and surrounding areas, and we travel across Victoria.
Tell us where you are and we’ll allocate staff for your area. You won’t need to visit an office - we’ll come to you.
Start Your Support
A quick chat is the fastest and easiest way to begin. Tell us your suburb and which support you’d like to start with.
We’ll check which times work for you and set a start date.
