We Provide Attendant Care Under The Workcover Scheme

Real Support

We’ll focus on keeping daily life on track while you recover. Care can happen at home, in the community, and during travel.

 

Recovery looks different for each person. We shape support around your day and pace of healing. As your needs change, we adjust times and tasks without fuss.

Care In Your Home

Home is often where recovery begins.

​

We help with personal care and day-to-day tasks. This may include showering, dressing, grooming, meals, and light housework.

​

Safe movement, including transfers, is part of the plan.

Community Access

Staying connected to your social life can help routines to settle again.


We accompany you on trips to therapy, the bank, or local shops. You stay on time and have help at each stop.

Getting There And Back

Travel can feel hard when you are in pain.


We arrange pick-ups and returns in advance and we agree on times before each visit.
Trips can cover medical care, work matters, and other errands.

Referrals And Claims

 

WorkSafe agents approve services and set the scope of your care. 

You will see what is approved in writing. We follow the current rules and rates for care.​

Matching And Scheduling

 

You will see consistent faces where possible. Seeing the same faces builds trust and strengthens the relationship with your carer. 

We confirm bookings in writing and keep changes clear.​

During Each Visit

 

We follow your plan and goals - the things that are important to you. Notes stay short and easy to read and we’ll confirm our next visit before leaving.

We Come To You

 

Home visits and community support are standard. There is no extra charge for our mobile office.

WorkCover Funding

WorkSafe can pay the reasonable cost of attendant care. This covers support with daily living at home and in the community, when assessed.

 

We keep records clear for claims.

Whatever Your Funding - The Answer Is ‘Yes’

​

Personal care, household help, and community tasks may also be approved. Day or night support can be part of a plan when needed.

We’re fully accredited nation-wide for all attendant care provisions.
